EvolveYou Festival 2022: Everything you Need to Know

What to Bring

• Sun cream. Some of our activities are outside, so make sure you’re covered up and well protected.
• Water bottle. Bring an empty water bottle with you so you can stay hydrated, or buy your very own EvolveYou water bottle on the day!
• A mat. You’ll need a mat for your workout, we’ll have these on sale or you can bring your own.
• Your favourite workout trainers & activewear.
• Hair tie. So you’re workout ready!
• Don’t forget your portable charger! There’ll be plenty of photo opportunities around the event so make sure you tag us in anything @evolveyou
• Finally, there won’t be a cloakroom on the day so make sure you travel light to the venue as everything you bring with you will have to stay with you throughout the event.

Your ticket includes lunch and a smoothie to keep you fuelled throughout the day with halal and vegan options available, plus snacks in your goodie bags. Just make sure you hold on to your voucher to claim these on the day!

On top of your workouts there’s plenty to keep you occupied throughout the day, from workshops on how to train smarter, DJ SUPADUPAFLY to keep you entertained out in the courtyard while you take on our fitness challenges.

Whether you want to stay hydrated with our branded bottle, add comfort to your workouts with our mat, or add intensity with our stylish bands, we have carefully created a range of products to elevate your performance!

FAQ's

• You’ll need your tickets available, either printed or digitally on your phone.
• You’ll be able to exit and re-enter if you need to, but we don’t think you’ll find many reasons to leave once you’re in. Just show your stamp to get back in.
• Upon entry you will receive a voucher that you’ll need to keep hold of to get your food on the day. This is your responsibility to ensure these are kept safe.
• Make sure your water bottles are empty if you’re bringing one, we will provide water.
