Pump Program from Makayla

It’s time to get excited as we’ve just launched our brand new trainer Makayla and her new program Pump. Trust us when we say, you’re going to LOVE IT.

What is the Pump program?

Makayla has specifically designed this gym program to help you build a foundation consisting of the key compound movements you need to build strength.

Expect higher sets and heavy weights as you’ll work on the perfect upper and lower body split to not only grow your glutes, but become the strongest and most confident version of you.

Why should you join this program?
Nothing worth having comes easy; Makayla’s program will challenge you to build habits that will last and bring you the results you’ve been looking for.  Believing in consistency and repetition to master your form, you’ll see repetitive movements allowing you to perfect your form and focus on building muscle with an emphasis on lower body.

So if you’re looking to boost your performance, enhance your strength and build some delicious and juicy glutes, then this program is the one for you!

We know Makayla's known for getting those 'glutes gluten' but her program will bring a well-rounded approach to strength training with lower-impact exercises allowing you build muscle strength and endurance with less stress on the joints.

What will the program look like?
Makayla has created this program for beginners, intermediate and advanced to ensure that no matter your starting point, you can build the foundations you need to be the ultimate gym girlies. Throughout each level you can expect a very selective choice of exercises which will be repeated often to build consistency and confidence with each movement.  You’ll also enjoy an effective combination of compound exercises paired with high sets and low reps to ensure that nothing and no one gets in the way of you reaching your full potential!

Beginner:
X4 weeks

X3 weekly workouts + 1 optional

Day 1: Quads & Glutes

Day 2: Upper Body A

Day 3: Glutes & Hamstrings

Optional Day 4: Upper Body B

Intermediate:
X8 weeks

X4 weekly workouts + 1 optional
