Which EvolveYou Workout Program is best for me?

At EvolveYou we pride ourselves on making fitness accessible to ALL women. No matter your age, level or lifestyle, whoever you are, whatever your background you’re from, we have something for you. That's why we’ve created this guide to help you understand and choose the best program to suit your needs and your goals, so that you feel your best, reach your full potential and get the results you deserve.

WHAT’S YOUR GOAL? 

When it comes to choosing your program a great place to start is knowing and understanding what your goal is. Perhaps you want to get fitter, gain muscle or maybe you just want a plan to help you stay consistent. Clarify your goals first, as then it will be easier to choose your plan. All our programs contain descriptions which outline what the program aims to achieve to help you decide which is best for you.

KNOW YOUR LEVEL

Understanding what your level is is key when it comes to choosing the right program for you. You want your program to give you the right amount of challenge so that you progress, but not too much so that it puts you off! So a good place to start is to know the level you’re at now. You can do this by asking yourself questions like, are you new to exercise? How long have you been training for? Are you comfortable with certain exercise movements and equipment? 

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to read the description of the program along with choosing the level which is right for you. Our programs offer a range of levels from Beginner all the way through to Expert. We really are suitable for all levels! What’s more is many of our programs offer a benchmark workout at the start. This will help you get a feel for the style of the program and level, so you can decide whether it’s the right fit for you. 

WHAT’S YOUR FLAVOUR?

Chocolate and mint please, but when it comes to working out, we really do have a range of styles and flavours to suit everyone! From weights, to mid morning flows, we have a style of training and trainer to suit you. To really help you decide we’ve broken down our programs by trainer to help you get a feel for what you fancy, because wherever you’re at, we’re here to help you move forward on your journey.

KRISSY CELA

Krissy believes that working out is essential to not only a healthy body, but for a healthy and happy mind. With Krissy you can expect to build physical and mental strength, increase your confidence, as you create structure and long-term healthy habits.

KRISSY CELA'S STRONG PROGRAM

Ideal for: Those who want to get stronger, feel fitter and increase confidence, Krissy’s signature program is perfect for those wanting to build a solid strength foundation inside the gym. 

Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert 

Time: 45-60 mins 

Sessions: 3-5 per week 

Length: 67 weeks

KRISSY CELA'S STRONG LOWER BODY PROGRAM

Ideal for: Confident and consistent gym-goers, who want an extra push to improve their performance and lifts, and to get stronger with a particular focus in the lower body. .

Levels: Intermediate, Advanced 

Time: 60+

Sessions: 4-5 per week

Length: 16 weeks

KRISSY CELA'S STRONG EXPRESS PROGRAM

Ideal for: Those who are wanting to see great results, but are short on time. With this program you can expect to get fitter, increase your strength and boost your confidence in just 30 minutes!

Levels: Intermediate

Time: 30 mins

Sessions: 3 per week

KRISSY CELA'S SCULPT IT PROGRAM

Ideal for: Those who are always on the go, this program contains short sessions, minimal equipment and can be done from the comfort of your own home. 

Levels: Beginner, Intermediate

Ideal for: Those who like to work out at home, this program has been designed to help you develop confidence and consistency, as you build strength, structure and achieve your fitness goals.

KRISSY CELA'S BACK TO ACTION PROGRAM

Ideal for: Those who are new to working out, or who are wanting to get back into a gym routine after a break away. This is a gym-based program, guaranteed to help you feel fitter, healthier and stronger in both your body and mind. 

Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert 

Time: 45-60 mins

KRISSY CELA'S REDEFINED PROGRAM

Ideal for: Those who are wanting the ultimate Krissy Cela training experience. Boost strength, increase power and redefine your mindset.Levels: One level: Intermediate & advanced
