Choreographed to match Emily’s love of music, she says ‘magic happens’ when you empower your mind and body to exercise just for you and no one else.

Emily has been dancing since she could stand. From the age of 3, dancing has been running through her veins and she continued to dance professionally at university too.
In the face of low confidence, insecurity and body dysmorphia, Emily struggled with her wellbeing. Her only true escape was dance, where she felt in control, confident and herself. She soon realised exercise was her route back to her identity and once her body and mind align in a workout, she experiences true joy and high energy.
A visit to New York led Emily to take part in her first Barre workout. Combining her love of movement, music, strength training and HIIT, Emily finally found a mode of fitness she wanted to share with the world!
