Her story

Combining her love of movement, music, strength training and HIIT, Emily finally found a mode of fitness she wanted to share with the world; barre. Barre takes its concept from dance, a mode of movement Emily is more than familiar with having been a dancer since the young age of three and studying it at University. Yet it was during that time that she also suffered severe anxiety, low confidence and body dysmorphia. It was at her lowest point that Emily discovered barre and had the greatest epiphany and seeing the movement as an expressive, fluid way of moving that always made her feel so powerful, elegant and expansive.. Join Emily for her energetic and dynamic classes that will empower your fitness journey.

Qualifications

Emily is an ex-dancer, certified barre instructor as well as being qualified in exercise for pre and postnatal.

Training style

Emily believes in finding oy in your training and harnessing the ability to push yourself with movement outside of the gym. Her amazing energy and passion for barre comes to live through her on-demand programs where you can follow along with her each session.

Get ready to feel the burn with Emily's uplifting barre program, Energy! Targeting tiny muscle fibres through small movements and elongated exercises (all to the beat of the music), you'll build a stronger body, increase your flexibility and improve your alignment through these high intensity, low impact total body workouts. Suitable for all levels, Energy can be performed anywhere, with minimal equipment.

Introducing Emily’s fiery new Glutes & Abs program! If you’re wanting to build a strong lower body and abs of steel then get excited as this low-impact program combines fun, energising and impactful exercises to help you awaken your abs, strengthen your glutes and remind you that movement is empowering! Expect to enjoy 3 high intensity 30 minute workouts with minimal equipment to enhance your alignment, help you stay consistent as you boost your confidence! This 6 week program is perfect for anyone, so if you’re ready to improve your balance, perfect your posture and focus on your glutes and abs, then let’s get shaking to get that beat!
