Unlock your performance potential with Charlotte’s new program PERFORM. A hybrid of strength, endurance and cardio, you can expect to be challenged like never before, as you embark on a path towards peak performance. With no workout ever the same, you’ll move through heavy lifts, strength endurance and high intensity AMRAPS and EMOMS, as well as core finishers as you improve your power, speed and agility becoming a well rounded athlete ready to take on anything that comes your way. Created for beginner, intermediate and advanced, this program will introduce you to a new way of training with movements that you may not be familiar with. Expect cardio intervals with the rower, SkiErg or treadmill, metcons with thrusters, devil's press and swings and be introduced to olympic lifting with either a dumbbell or a barbell. Train hard, move with control and time to discover what you’re truly capable of.

Regarded by the Spartans of ancient Greece as a way of creating ‘beautiful strength’, calisthenics relies on body weighted exercises to help you become stronger, more powerful as you define, tone and boost your athleticism. Throughout this 8 week program you’ll be working on learning, improving and mastering 3 strength based skills, your push-up, pull-up and pistol squat. Whether it’s working towards your first rep or boosting the amount of reps you can do, Saman will take you through functional circuits and supersets to elevate your training, boost your confidence and take your body and mind to a new level of greatness. Time to boost your skill set, enhance your strength as you work towards a more powerful and confident you. New mama we’re putting the focus back on you as this program aims to restore your energy and rebuild your strength with a mixture of light barre, kegel and core workouts. Once given the all clear by your doctor, Emily will be there with you taking you through 3 short workouts a week with the aim of gently introducing you back to movement, helping to energise, rejuvenate and empower you to feel great and move well. Throughout the 6 weeks you can expect a focus on your core and pelvic floor muscles as well as very light strength exercises as you gradually build up intensity, whilst respecting the pace your body needs. Feel supported as we enter this new exciting chapter together, moving with purpose and restoring the focus back on you.
