Her story

Whilst studying for her degree in law, Krissy trained at the gym and quickly realised how training kept her focused, motivated and strengthened her body and mind. Her new found passion led her to start her Instagram page, with the aim of keeping herself accountable and to help motivate and inspire like minded women to improve their fitness, health and lifestyle. Little did she know that this would grow into a strong community of over 3 million people! Krissy’s mission is to make fitness and health accessible to every woman, no matter their starting point. That’s why she has created a range of workout programs on the EvolveYou app, with the goal of helping every woman reach her full potential.

Krissy is a Level 3 certified personal trainer and has been training for over 10 years since leaving school.

It’s just what you’ve been waiting for! Introducing the ultimate Strong Lower Body program from Krissy Cela! If you’re wanting to see improvements in your lifts, need an extra push or want to build strength with a particular focus in the lower body, then this program is for you. Krissy combines a winning combination of effective compound moves and progressive overload, to ensure you increase your power, build your strength and maximise your results. Expect the perfect split to build your lower body, boost your confidence and feel more capable.
