Slowly, but surely — y’all have no idea how happy I am that I found my way back to consistent workouts that I really enjoy AND challenge me!! Last year when all the gyms closed, I tried the home workouts and just couldn’t stick with it. The motivation was not there and I lost about 20lbs including majority of my muscle mass and became pretty underweight. About 3 weeks into consistently using the EvolveYou app with Krissy’s Advanced Home Guide and I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH Krissy Cela!!! I can honestly say I am not only happier as a whole (release those endorphins!!) but I feel SO much more confident!!

Before I started EvolveYou I always found working out so hard! It always felt like a chore. I used to look at myself in the mirror and hated the way I looked! I knew it was time for a change. So when seeing Tone and sculpt on a friend’s Instagram I had to sign up. Since starting I have never felt more proud of myself! It’s made me change not just physically but mentally too. I have been able to join the gym even though I used to suffer from anxiety. It’s helped me grow in confidence and strength. I now do this for me and not others! I look at myself in the mirror and don’t hate what I see! I can’t wait to carry this on and see what the future holds. My next aim is to get 90kg on squats (mad to think a couple months ago I couldn’t even do a correct body weight squat!)

My journey with fitness started with using the EvolveYou app but I started with a program that I found myself not being motivated to do and I had thought that fitness in general just wasn’t something I would be into. When Krissy launched her Strong Program I was immediately interested because it showed these different aspects of training I had never even thought of or knew about. Weight training and actually being in a gym was completely foreign to me and I was terrified on my first day of using the program at the gym. I went from dreading workouts and making excuses to not do them to waking up at 5am two days a week to hit the gym before work, and 2 days after work. I’ve completely found that the gym is an escape for me.

My name is Pooja and I started with subscription in May 2020. I did the sculpt it guide from May-October and then switched to gym guide! I truly felt so stuck and hated the way I looked last spring. I ate when I was stressed, I felt uncomfortable in the majority of my clothes and never wore sleeveless or bikinis. I was tired of feeling this way and decided to make a change in my life.
