Kick Start Your 2023 With Our Brand New Challenge!

Are you ready to build confidence, maximise your potential and become the best version of you? Then it’s time to get excited as on the 9th January we’re dropping our hot new Kick Start Challenge, ensuring that nothing and no one gets in the way of you and your goals!

What is the Kick Start Challenge?

To help kick start your 2023, Krissy, Danyele, Saman and Melissa have all created 2, 4 week Kick Start challenges to help you ‘Shape’ or ‘Build’. Shape is aimed at those wanting to lose fat and improve confidence, whereas Build has been created to increase your muscle and enhance your strength. All challenges consist of 4 weekly workouts expertly designed to be completed over 4 weeks at home or in the gym. What’s more is that to ensure you get the best results Jen and Emily have also created workouts to perfectly pair with your chosen challenge.

What levels are available in the challenge?

We’ve created something for everyone! Simply choose from either Beginner/Intermediate or Advanced/Expert to enjoy the right level of challenge for you. 

How does it work?

All you need to do is:

1. Choose your trainer 

2. Select your training goal from either Shape or Build

3. Choose your difficulty

4. Pick your optional workout from Barre or Yoga

What will each challenge look like?

When it comes to choosing your trainer and challenge, here is a breakdown of what you can expect to help you move in the right direction.

Shape: For anyone who wants to build their confidence and focus on fat loss. Expect more plyometric and explosive movements with higher rep ranges and formats such as supersets and tri- sets.

Krissy | Expect all your favourite compound moves along with fiery finishers within a 4 day split. If you’re looking to increase your fitness, enhance your strength and shape your goals, then this is the perfect challenge for you!

Saman | Elevate your fitness with fun and functional circuits as well a series of supersets and tri-sets to increase your performance as you’re left feeling energised and focused! 

Danyele | Improve your functional fitness as you challenge yourself with strength based circuits, perfect to enhance your power, increase your strength as you unleash your inner athlete.Melissa | Feel the heat as Melissa takes you through a sweaty combination of tri-sets and supersets to ensure you elevate your fitness as you build functional strength and boost your heart health.

Build: For those who want to increase their muscle and gain more strength. Expect less reps, heavier weights and more controlled movements.

Krissy | Expect all your favourite compound moves as you focus on progressive overload to increase your strength and boost your confidence from the inside out. 


Saman | Enjoy the perfect mix of strengthening supersets and conditioning circuits to help you build strength, increase fitness as you increase your muscle mass.
 

Danyele | Build a stronger, more powerful you as Danyele takes you through strengthening supersets as well as functional muscle building circuits to help you elevate your fitness, gain strength as you unleash your inner athlete. 

Melissa | Focus on building true strength and size as you work through specific compound exercises to elevate your performance and boost your functional fitness.

Compliment your challenge with either Jen or Emily:

Jen | Expect a series of dynamic flows and stretches to help you unwind as you relieve and relax sore and tight muscles. 

Emily| Enjoy a range of full body and targeted workouts to ensure no muscle is left untouched as you finish your chosen challenge feeling energised and uplifted.

How can I sign up?

Our Kick Start challenge is one you definitely don’t want to miss! For your chance to become the best version of you, you’ll be able to sign up in-app from the 20th December 2022 at 12:00 up until 8th January 2023.

***Please note that you’ll not be able to join the challenge once it’s started**
