I became a trainer because movement completely changed not just my body, but my relationship with myself. My journey didn’t start from a place of self-love, it actually started chatfrom the opposite. Over time, that shifted. I realised that movement isn’t something you use against your body, it's something you use to connect with it. That’s when my whole approach changed into something softer, more intentional, and more life-oriented. My “why” today is to help other women skip that painful phase. I want to guide them towards a way of training that is rooted in self-respect.
